When Gray, a family-owned, fully integrated global service provider that's rooted in Engineering, Architecture and Construction services wanted to elevate the look and feel of their employee benefits books, their HR team entrusted me to help take their idea from concept to fruition.
My goal was to consolidate a plethora of information about benefits and company offerings into a single comprehensive resource that could help employees easily navigate the open enrollment period.
